Go to the Virtual Exhibit Hall by clicking on the “Exhibitors” tab on the ASNT 2020 Annual Conference homepage. The virtual booths will be staffed by company representatives on Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST.
In the exhibit hall you can:
- Search for a specific exhibitor’s name.
- Live chat with company representatives by clicking the “live chat” button.
- View product demos, ranging from 15 to 35 minutes, in the virtual showcases. View the schedule on the Exhibitor Demo Schedule tab and watch for the “LIVE” button to appear next to the demo when it has started. Then, just join in!
- Check out exclusive conference discounts offered by exhibitors. Preview the discounts under the Exhibitor Discounts tab, and if you have more questions, you can live chat with company representatives.

Who doesn’t love a conference with some fun? ASNT is including a scavenger hunt that allows attendees to explore the entire virtual conference! Check out the badges under the ASNT 2020 Scavenger Hunt tab and earn them by doing activities such as booking appointments, live chatting with exhibitors, and attending educational sessions. Check the Leaderboard every day to see where you rank! Participants will have a chance to win one of several prizes, including gift cards.
