Open enrollment for these plans ends December 15* for everyone under the age of 65. Open enrollment is the only time members are able to shop the insurance marketplace for 2021 Affordable Care Act plans unless they have a qualifying life event such as a birth, death, marriage, divorce, job change, or relocation. All plans selected during open enrollment will go into effect on January 1, 2021. (For those over 65, Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period ended December 7.)
